HOLIDAY SKILLS CAMP IS BACK!



JULY 2025 SPECIALIST CRICKET SKILLS CAMP


 •  Open to all keen cricketers in CD ages 16 to 19

 •  Male and Female camps run side-by-side

 •  Location: Mitre 10 Park, Hastings, Hawke's Bay

 •  You don't have to be a representative player

 •  Are you in Nelson or Marlborough? You might wish to wait for the September holiday camp at our South Island hub, registration for this will open at a later date



Our CD Cricket Holiday Skills Camp offers aspiring young players from our CD Districts a chance to access specialist skills coaching from our professional CD Pathway coaches and network of experts. 


The camp helps you to grow and fine-tune your all-round skills ahead of summer through the expert-led specialist sessions that will cover:


  • Batting
  • Seam Bowling
  • Spin Bowling
  • Fielding
  • Wicketkeeping
  • Mental Skills
  • Strength & Conditioning


This July, the camp is back at CD's Cricket headquarters at Mitre 10 Park, Hawke's Bay - with the male and female camps running alongside each other in small groups over 2.5 days at the purpose-built, world class cricket facilities.



To reiterate, these camps are open to any players aged 16 to 19 and you don't have to be a CD representative cricketer already. 

All meals and accommodation on site are included as part of the camp cost, while travel to and from the Hastings camp is at the participant's cost. 


Sessions are led by CD's professional coaching team of Jamie Watkins, Aldin Smith, Chad Law and Deepak Joon, together with our Strength and Conditioning and Mental Skills experts and some special guests!



•  Camp cost is $435+ GST for each participant; registration and confirmation of your place is required


•  Places are limited - last year's camp quickly sold out! We strongly advise booking early here to avoid missing out on the opportunity


•  Registrations close at 5PM on 27 June 2025 - or earlier, if all the spots have been taken


•  For those in our pathway system, please be assured that non-attendance will have absolutely no bearing on selections for CD age-group sides
