Our CENTRAL STAGS have made a smashing start to the Dream11 Super Smash with a last-ball thriller in the capital delivering their third win in four rounds.
The Stags are now top of the men's ladder again ahead of Sunday's top-of-the-table home game against the Otago Volts in Palmerston North.
JACK BOYLE and captain TOM BRUCE are the two top run-scorers nationally to date while the Central Hinds' impressive England internationl rep HOLLIE ARMITAGE is number one on the runs front in the women's league, despite frustrating results for the team.
The Hinds are looking forward to plenty of home town support on Sunday for captain MIKAELA GREIG and the team who are looking to get their first win against the Otago Sparks - who just happen to be one of the early women's leaders.
It's a great chance to see a galaxy of stars in action for their Domestic sides and enjoy a buzzy afternoon out with friend and family. Our mascot SETH THE STAG will be there to entertain the little ones while an array of food trucks, coffee cart and cold beverages are all available on site.
It's a RETRO ROUND as well so make sure you visit the Merch Tent before the popular classic striped shirts sell out.
Gates open ahead of the Hinds game at 11.40am, with parking available at the hockey ground, on Fitzherbert Avenue or in The Esplanade.
CD Cricket strongly recommends getting through the gate in plenty of time as we are expecting another big crowd this year!
