The Coach is responsible for the preparation of the first class squad for all NZC domestic competitions and will also be involved in a wider role within the organisation. This includes elite player development in the CDCA High Performance Programme, coach education input and integration with the Network Coaching programme in the winter months.

Effective communication skills with both players and a wide range of stakeholders are crucial.

A New Zealand Cricket Level 3 Coaching Qualification or equivalent is desired.

The successful applicant will report to Central Districts Cricket Coaching Director.
