INTRODUCTION

The Board of Central Districts (CD) endorses NZ Cricket's Strategic Plan 2007-2011 "Pushing Beyond Boundaries"

The Board has adopted "Pushing Beyond Boundaries" as a reference point for CD's Strategic Plan
-
In turn the Board envisages that its constituent District Associations will use the Strategic Plans of NZ Cricket and CD as a reference point in developing their own plans

Culture of Excellence

Demonstrate high standards and accountability in all spheres of Central Districts activities

Continuously improve relationships and communication within the NZC family

Create a working environment which attracts and retains high calibre people

Maintain a high reputation by upholding the Spirit of Cricket and celebrating Central Districts history
High Performing Teams

Produce Central Districts teams that are consistently successful in their domestic competitions

Foster "Pride in the Stag" in all Central Districts teams

Produce Black Caps and White Ferns from elite player groups
